    A destination wedding is really a three or four day trip with a ceremony in the middle. Guests land at different times, stay in different hotels, and rely on you for every pickup and dinner reservation. Texts keep everyone on the same schedule without a 90-person group chat.

    Why destination weddings need more than a website

    Your wedding website holds the full itinerary, but guests don't reread it on vacation. What they need is a nudge at the right moment: the welcome dinner starts in an hour, the shuttle is out front, bring a jacket for the boat.

    Each guest gets their own text, so questions about one person's flight don't land in everyone's phone. Replies come back to you.

    Guests traveling with international phones

    Texts go to US and Canadian phone numbers. If some of your guests use WhatsApp, you can turn on WhatsApp for your wedding. Guests who opt in get updates there, and anyone not reachable on WhatsApp still gets a regular text, so no one is missed. WhatsApp is included in the same price.

    Tip: remind guests before the trip to keep their phone able to receive texts while away, or to opt in to WhatsApp.

    Regular texts reach US and Canadian numbers only. Turn on WhatsApp for your wedding to reach guests who opt in there; anyone not on WhatsApp gets a text instead.

    No. WhatsApp is included in the same $1 per guest price.

    How do guests join the list?

    Upload a spreadsheet, paste a list, or share your wedding's QR code or join link so guests add themselves.

    How much should I budget?

    Count only the guests you can reach. It's $1 per guest, one time, with a $50 minimum, and every text for the whole weekend is included.
