    How to count guests for wedding texts

    You pay for the people who will get your texts, not your full invite list. Couples often count one phone per household and leave out young children, so 150 invitations can mean 90 to 110 numbers.

    • Include anyone who needs updates: guests, wedding party, and any vendors you want to text.
    • Count only US and Canadian numbers for regular texts. Guests elsewhere can get updates on WhatsApp if you turn it on.
    • Pick the plan that fits your list. Every plan includes unlimited messages for the whole wedding.

    Most couples send a handful of texts in the months before the wedding and a few more on the day. You never pay per message, so a rain plan or a late shuttle costs nothing extra.

    What does $1 per guest include?

    Unlimited text and email messages for your whole wedding, message scheduling, guest sign-up by QR code or link, guest list import, delivery tracking, the wedding page, and the guest photo gallery. One payment, no subscription.

    Which tier do I need?

    Pick the tier that covers your guest count: $50 up to 50 guests, $100 up to 100, $150 up to 150, $200 up to 200, $250 up to 250, $300 up to 300. Above 300 guests it stays $1 per guest at checkout.

    Is there a monthly fee or a per-message charge?

    No. It is one payment for the wedding. There is no subscription, no per-message fee, and no charge for guests replying.

    Does unlimited really mean unlimited?

    There is no message quota. Generous daily and lifetime fair-use ceilings exist to stop abuse, they scale with the guests you paid for, and paid weddings can lift a block themselves.
