Carriers hold us responsible for every text that leaves our numbers, so we cap volume. Here are the actual numbers, so a limit is never a surprise on your wedding day.
Guests your plan covers
1 guest per $1 paid
A $150 plan reaches 150 distinct guests. You can text those guests as often as you need.
Messages in a day
6x the guests your plan covers
A 150-guest plan can send 900 messages in any 24 hours. That's six full blasts to everyone in one day.
Messages in total
25x the guests your plan covers
A 150-guest plan can send 3,750 messages across the whole engagement, from save-the-dates to thank-yous.

Several blasts back to back trigger a brief cool-down. It clears itself in minutes.
If you hit a limit
We tell you which limit it was, what you've used, and when it resets. Nothing is sent, and nothing is charged.
On a paid wedding you can lift a volume limit yourself with the "I need to send this now" button. That grants 24 hours of headroom immediately, logged on your account, twice per wedding. After that a person reviews it, usually the same day.
What we do block outright
- Link shorteners and unknown domains, which carriers read as phishing.
- Promotional or marketing content. This is for weddings, not campaigns.
- The identical message twice within minutes, unless you confirm it.
- Messages over ten carrier segments. Link a details page instead.
