Tell riders when to arrive, when the shuttle leaves and how to recognize the pickup point. Put the return plan in a separate text so guests can find it later.
Confirm with the driver
Check the hotel entrance, departure time, return stop and coordinator contact. Send only to guests using the shuttle.
Two messages to adapt

Common questions
What if the shuttle is delayed?
Give riders a new estimate, tell them whether to stay at the stop and set a time for the next update.
