Your Responsibilities
When you use our service, we trust you to:
- Only send messages related to your wedding event
- Share your signup link only with actual wedding guests
- Respect your guests' decision to opt-out (via "STOP" replies)
- Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Provide accurate information when creating your wedding event
Guest Rights
If you're a guest who signed up to receive wedding updates:
- You can opt-out anytime by replying "STOP" to any message
- You'll only receive messages about weddings you explicitly signed up for
- Your phone number won't be shared with anyone else
- You can contact us to have your information removed
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on guest count tiers shown on our website
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Once activated, wedding events are non-refundable
- You can send unlimited messages within your purchased tier
- If you need to upgrade tiers, contact us for assistance
Service Limitations
We work hard to keep our service running smoothly, but:
- We can't guarantee 100% uptime (though we try!)
- Message delivery depends on cellular carriers
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
- We may need to perform occasional maintenance
Prohibited Uses
Don't use our service for:
- Sending spam or unwanted messages
- Harassment or threatening communications
- Illegal activities of any kind

Account Termination
